Karyo builds are set up by us. Kenro Workshop owners set it up themselves.
You have no IT department and you should not need one. Every Karyo build and every built-to-order Kenro system follows these four steps, all of them ours. Kenro Workshop is the exception: owners set it up themselves with a guided checklist.

A call, or a visit where the work needs it, to see how your business runs today: registers, Excel, WhatsApp. Scope, price and dates come from what we find.
Step 02
We build it to match
Your way of working, your locations, your products and your people. You do not change how the business runs to suit software.
Step 03
We move your records and train your people
Your existing records come across. Your team learns on the job each person already does, at the counter, desk or floor.
Step 04
We stay after go-live
A supervised start, then support and upgrades. One inbox to write to when something is wrong, read by the people who built it.
What you agree to
Six lines, the same for every customer of either brand. For quoted systems they go into the proposal as written here.
- Your brand
- The system runs in your own name, not ours.
- Your data
- Every record is readable and exportable to Excel at any time, including after a contract ends.
- If you leave
- Kenro continues read-only and you keep your records at no charge. Karyo hands over your data, content, domain and the custom work built only for you; the platform stays licensed.
- Groups
- Each Kenro Workshop location has its own licence. Franchise and multi-site groups, and Karyo groups, are quoted per account.
- Price
- One figure per site, never per user. Kenro Workshop has one published price, GST included; Dealership and Event are quoted per business. Karyo services start from ₹34,999/-, with each build fixed in a written proposal, then a yearly AMC.
- Dates
- For quoted systems, scope and go-live are fixed in the proposal before any work starts.
Questions owners ask
- What does TUD Innovations sell?
- Two brands, one company. Kenro is ready-made operating software for the automotive trade: Kenro Workshop, which owners set up themselves, and Kenro Dealership, which we set up. Kenro Digital builds websites, SEO and custom systems for automotive businesses, including track-day and motorsport events. Karyo builds websites, portals, CRM and ERP for every other business, from retail stores to family businesses going digital at their own pace, then hosts and maintains them.
- Is this software I set up myself, or do you install it?
- Both, depending on the product. Kenro Workshop owners set it up themselves: a guided checklist inside the app, records pasted in from Excel, and it can be running the same day, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Karyo systems and Kenro's built-to-order systems are set up by us: we study how the business runs, build it to match, move your records in and train your people.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Kenro goes read-only: you keep opening every record and exporting all of it to Excel or Tally for 12 months, at no charge, with reminders before anything is deleted. With Karyo, end the AMC with 30 days' notice and we hand over your data, content, domain and the custom work built only for you; the platform stays licensed.
- Do you build custom systems?
- Yes, that is what Karyo does: a website, portal, CRM or ERP built for one business, then hosted and maintained under a yearly AMC. Kenro is never forked for one customer; it is configured.
- Who builds and supports it?
- The founder, with a small bench of trained people for setups and site visits. There is no offshore team and no ticket queue. You write to the people who built it.
- Where are you based, and how do I verify the company?
- TUD Innovations (OPC) Private Limited is registered in New Delhi, CIN U62011DL2026OPC466713. The CIN is in the footer of every page and can be checked on the MCA portal.
- Do you work outside India?
- Kenro, yes: it is available in ten countries, and an overseas workshop sets up the same way as one in India, online. Karyo builds websites, SEO and portals for clients anywhere; plant and machinery work is India only, because it needs us on site.
- How is the price set?
- Kenro Workshop has one published price, GST included, everything included; Kenro Dealership and Event are quoted per business. Karyo services start from ₹34,999/-: each build is a fee fixed in a written proposal, then a yearly AMC for hosting and maintenance. Never per user.
- How long does it take to go live?
- A Kenro workshop can be running the same day: owners set it up themselves with a guided checklist. Karyo scope and go-live dates are fixed in the proposal before any work starts.
- What do you need from me before we start?
- Tell us what the business does, how many locations, and what runs on paper, Excel and Tally today. We talk it through, visit the site where the work needs it, then tell you plainly whether this is worth your money.
